- How can I register any biodata on Shagun Matrimonial?
Registering any biodata on Shagun Matrimonial is a very simple process. You can visit any of one our matrimonial centre/office or contact us through email and whatsapp with relevant details of the profile you wish to get register. Our relationship manager will help you in filling the biodata forms available at our centre by asking relevant details relating to your profile and will also explain you our services and membership plans available.
- What documents I need to carry with me for getting my biodata registered?
Following are the list of documents which are required for getting your biodata registered on Shagun Matrimonial Centre
(a) Valid ID/Address Proof of the profile you wish to register.
(b) Atleast 2 Color photographs either in physical or digital form.
- Do I need to carry the physical/printed copy of the biodata with me at the time of registration?
No, it is not necessary that you carry the physical copy of the biodata along with you as long as you know the relevant details of the concerned profile such as Date of Birth, Height, Caste, Gotra, Educational Qualification, Employment Status, Family background, Address and Contact details etc.
- Why I am asked to provide a ID/address proof at the time of registration?
As per the guidelines given by Govt of India, an advisory has been issued to matrimonial service providers to collect the ID/address proof of their customers so that their genuineness can be verified. We however assure that Shagun Matrimonial NEVER SHARES your PAN and other details on our WEBSITE or with any marketing agencies and keep the same for its own record only.
- What is the FEE which I need to pay at the time of Biodata registration?
Biodata registration at Shagun Matrimonial Centre is absolutely FREE and you do not need to pay any thing towards registration. However we advice you to subscribe to any of our membership packages after completing the registration process so that you may start getting relevant matches from us.
- Is it necessary that I should provide Photo at the time of registration?
No, it is not necessary that you provide us a photo at the time of registration. However we have seen from our experience that a profile with a 1-2 photo always get a better response from other side than a profile without any photo.
- Is it necessary that I should visit your centre for registering the biodata?
No, you can also get your biodata registered with us by sending a copy of the same through email or whatsapp to any of our offices with the required supporting documents. Upon receiving the same our advisors will call you to collect any additional information which is required by us.
- Can I also register my biodata directly on the Shagun Matrimonial Centre Website?
No, we do not allow our prospective customers to register their biodata directly though our website because it could lead to a profile with missing/incomplete information which cannot be verified by us. However, any prospective visitor can leave his primary detail through our website and any of our advisors from CRM will call him/her to complete the process.
- Is the information furnished by me relating to my annual income, property, assets etc. in my biodata/profile secured and safe?
Yes, we provide 100% assurance that any information provided by you will be shared with only those Shagun Matrimonial customers who are in accordance with your partner preference. We never share you information with any third party or agencies which are not associated with us.
- How long will it take for my profile to be active and visible to other on Shagun Matrimonial?
It usually takes 12-24 hrs for a profile to become active as every profile registered with us go through a screening process to check for any error or mistakes that may have happen while submitting the biodata into our database.
- How will I know that my biodata has been registered or active on Shagun Matrimonial?
As soon as your biodata has been registered and activated you will receive a SMS and EMAIL from us confirming the same.

- How can I check my profile created on Shagun Matrimonial Centre?
You can check your profile created by us by visiting any of our centres our by logging onto our website www.shaguncentre.com with your credentials send to you through SMS and E-MAIL.
- How to LOGIN into my profile through Shagun Matrimonial Centre website?
You can LOGIN to your profile by entering your Registered Mobile Number (on which you got an SMS from us) in the relevant field. Go to the OTP/Password field and enter the OTP (one time password) send to your RMM when you login for the first time. After successful login you will be prompted to change your password. Once the password has been changed, you can access your profile and other relevant sections of your account.
- Can I edit my profile after I Login into my profile.
Yes, you can edit your profile after successful login and make necessary changes.
- I have forgotten the password of my account. What should I do?
In case you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking on ÔÇťRequest new OTP/PasswordÔÇŁ in the Login section of our website.
- Inspire of entering the correct mobile number (RMM) I am not getting the OTP through SMS?
In case you are not getting the OTP through SMS even after entering the correct RMM, please check whether your mobile is in network with adequate signal. Sometime due to network congestion delivery of SMS may get delayed and you may get it after some time. However if still you are facing difficulty in LOGIN , contact our CRM team and they would assist you in the process.
- How can I check my profile created on Shagun Matrimonial Centre?

- What are the benefits of upgrading to Paid Membership?
By upgrading your profile to the paid membership you get the following benefits:-

- What are the various membership plans available?
You can check the details of our membership plans and features by visiting the Membership Plan link on our website home page or by using Upgrade option in your account.
- What is the difference between Assisted and Premium Membership Plan?
Subscription to an Assisted service plan entitled you for a service where the parentÔÇÖs have to initiate the contact themselves on the profiles provided by our service team during the given membership tenure.Premium membership plan provides you a next level of service where we will assign a dedicated service advisor to your profile who would not only be short listing and searching the details for you but will also communicate with the prospects on your behalf and will arrange meetings between the families either at the centre itself or at any other place which is mutually convenient for both the parties. Based upon our experience in last 10 years we have seen that a chance of getting things finalized early is greater in case of premium membership than the former one.
- How can I upgrade my profile to PAID membership?
You can upgrade your profile to a paid membership by visiting any of our centre and making payment to us either through Cash/Cheque or Card or by logging on to your profile on our website and click on the UPGRADE link on the top of the menu bar in your profile to view the membership plans and benefits. You may further choose from the multiple payment option with safe & secure payment gateway for online transactions.

Yes, once you have made the payment to us either at the centre or through payment gateway on our website, an invoice will be immediately generated specifying the details of your membership, applicable taxes etc. which will be mailed to your given email address and will also be available under my ÔÇťMr OrderÔÇŁ section on your dashboard to be downloaded when ever required.
For every payment made by you at the centre, a cash receipt will be provided to you at the time of transaction.

Payment gateway ÔÇô Immediately as soon as the transaction is successfully completed.
Payment at bank ÔÇô Within a working day after the payment details have been shared with us.
Shagun Centre ÔÇô Membership will be activated within 24 hrs. when the payment is collected. - While making online payment, my payment shows declined but my account/card has been deducted/debited. What should I do now?
In such cases, just relax and check with your bank or card company to ensure that payment has been deducted or debited from your account. If yes, call us on 09839148337 or 0120-4127700 or payments@shaguncentre.com sharing your transaction details (Bank Name, Transaction Id, Transaction Date and Amount). We will verify the said details and will activate you account after verification.
- 8. How I can get information on discounts if any, available for my profile?
Discounts, if any, are applicable to your profile, you will get a notification of same via SMS, EMAIL and through our Shagun Centre team and even by logging onto your account through our website.

- Once I have taken an Assisted Service plan, how the SERVICE will be provided to me?
Once your assisted membership has been activated, one of our relationship advisors will call you and would ask your preference on how you wish to receive the suitable profiles. You can take the profile details from us through any of the following ways

- I have taken PREMIUM Service plan, how the SERVICE will be provided to me?
In PREMIUM Service plan, we will be assign an experience relationship manager to you profile who would start the services within 24 hrs. of profile activation. We will shortlist profile for you as per your preference and will send the same for your approval. Once you have provided us the consent about your choice, we will contact the prospect family on your behalf and will try to arrange a meeting between the families.
- After how many days the profiles will be provided to me?
In Assisted Service we will be providing you new profiles after every 8-10 days while in Premium Services the dedicated relationship manager will be in touch with you during the office working hours on all working days.
- Can I check the profiles provided to me through centre on my account on Shagun Matrimonial Website?

- Why I am not able to search on my own for a prospective match on Shagun Matrimonial Website?
We provide another service to the customers after every 8-10 days as an interval of this time period help us in accumulating some new profiles in our database which gives an array of choice to the customers to choose from.
- Why I am unable to see the contact details of the members when I click on View Phone number even I am a paid member?
Yes one can login onto the shagun centre website and can access all the profiles which are directed to you.
- Why I am unable to get the contact nos. of the members who have declined my proposal?
Shagun Matrimonial Centre is committed for the privacy and confidentiality of its members. We have a team of trained service professional who search and shortlist the profile as per customer preference. Unlike other online matrimonial website, we do not allow the visitors on our website to access the profiles of our members who do not falls in their preference.
- Can I check how many profile I have taken or provided to me by the Shagun matrimonial centre?
When you click on View Phone number option on the prospect profile, it is added to the print queue and once your service advisors approves and print the same it becomes visible under the Viewed Contact option under Inbox.
- Is there any mechanism to know that how many members have taken my contact details from their profile?
Yes, you can click on communication history link under Inbox to access how many members have taken your contact nos.
- I do not want to pay in advance for the shagun matrimonial services and will pay only after my marriage has been finalized. Is there any option available?
We would like to state that whatever charges we ask from the customers are for match making services and since it requires a considerable effort from our side hence you need to deposit the service charges in advance to get your profile activated. However, unlike other marriage bureau we do not charge any commission if the marriage get finalized with any of the profiles provided by us.
- I want to renew my membership as it has expired. What is the procedure for the same? Is any discount available upon renewal?
You can renew your membership by getting in touch with your service advisor at Shagun Matrimonial Centre. Yes, we offer discounts to all our customers who have opted for renewal of membership.
- What is Club Premiere plan available under Premium membership?
Club Premiere plan is a value added services provided to all our Premium membership Customers in which even after the expiry of their product subscription, we will continue to provide their profiles on priority basis to all the new prospective families, inline with their partner preference, which are coming to us in pursuit for a right match for their loved ones.
- Will I be able to see my past records even after my membership has expired?
Yes, you will be able to see all the profiles you have taken from us in past even after the expiry of your membership.
- Once I have taken an Assisted Service plan, how the SERVICE will be provided to me?

Photo Upload
- Is it necessary that I should provide Photo at the time of registration?
No, it is not necessary that you provide us a photo at the time of registration. However we have seen from our experience that a profile with a 1-2 photo always get a better response from other side than a profile without any photo.
- How many photos can be attached on my profile?
You can add up to 4 photo on your profile provided that the each photo size is less than 4 MB.
- Can I change my photo which has been uploaded at the time of registration?
Yes, you can change the photos by providing the same at the centre or through whatsapp, email and even by logging onto the shagun centre website.
- Is it necessary that I should provide Photo at the time of registration?

Other Issues
- The contact number mentioned in the member profile is switched off/not in service. What should I do?
It seems the member has not updated his/her latest phone number which is used. You may contact the member through other communication mode via email. Please report such profiles to us by getting in touch with your service advisor for further assistance on the same.
- The profile given to me seems to be suspicious. What should I do now?
Please report such profiles to us using "Report Misuse" feature (located below the profile photo) immediately to disable the contact number and get in touch with your service advisor for further assistance on the same.
- The contact number mentioned in the member profile is switched off/not in service. What should I do?
